ES Este tratado sirve el propósito de provenir entre España leyes y acciones favoreciendo el crecimiento de la Industria Popular. Es importante notar que este libro ha sido aprobado por su majestad, el rey, y del consejo para imprimir. Hay dos ediciones de este libro, entre la primera edición, la cual este libro pertenece, solamente 5,000 copias fueron imprimidas. En cuanto a su tamaño y formato, el libro es aproximadamente el tamaño de un diario personal. Ha hacer el libro este tamaño, lo hace más fácil para repartir en el público, más económico para construir y más fácil para dárselo a otras personas para leer cuando uno termina de leerlo. Entre esta copia específicamente, uno encuentra que la portada está cortada, lo más probable fue que había la signatura de alguien importante ahí y alguien lo cortó para tenerlo. Entre el libro uno no encuentra dibujos o fotos, solamente datos y las opiniones del autor de tal cual libro. El motivo del autor, en sus propias palabras, es realizar “promover la industria popular y común de las gentes, creyó oportuno hacer presente a S. M. la utilidad de imprimir y comunicar a todo el Reino este discurso…”. El autor busca emitir un mensaje de que a través de la aplicación de ideales y costumbres de la industria popular uno puede ayudar a la gente de diferentes clases sociales. El autor del libro también utiliza ejemplos de varios lugares en cual no han aplicado o han aplicado estos mismos ideales de la industria popular para demostrar la importancia de estos procesos. El autor menciona estoos paises para demostrar lo que ocurre si un pais aplica estos conceptos o no y resultan quedarse en un estado economico estancado. Por ejemplo, menciona que “el Abate Galiani [demostró] en Francia de que la agricultura sola es insuficiente e incapaz de sostener un País” y que un país requiere más para avanzar. También uno puede encontrar entre el libro varios instantes en que el autor usa matemáticas para demostrar su lógica. Un ejemplo de esto “Puede rebajarse, de los cinco millones quinientas mil mujeres y niñas, un millón y medio de las que aún no han llegado a la edad de siete años y de las ancianas y enfermas que están inhabilitadas del trabajo o no podrán por otras causas dedicarse a el”.

EN This treatise serves the purpose of promoting, within Spain, laws, and actions favoring the growth of the Popular Industry. It’s important to note that this book has been approved by his majesty, the king, and the counsel to print. There are two editions of this book, within the first edition of this publication, to which this book belongs, only 5,000 copies were printed. In terms of size and format, the book is roughly the size of a personal journal. By making this book this size, it makes it easier to distribute among the public, more economic to construct, and easier to give to another person once you have finished reading it. Within this copy, specifically, we find that the cover page has been cut. The most likely reason for this is that there was a signature of someone important on the cover page and someone cut it so that they could have it. Within the book one does not find drawings or photos, the book only contains data and the opinions of the author. The author's motive, in his own words, is to "promote the popular and common industry of the people, he thought it appropriate to present to His Majesty the usefulness of printing and communicating this speech to the entire Kingdom…." The author seeks to spread his message to the people throughout the kingdom that through the application of ideals and customs of the popular industry, one can help people from different social classes rise up from their current social status. The author of the book also uses examples from various places where these same popular industry ideals have not been applied or have been applied to demonstrate the importance of these processes. The author mentions these countries to demonstrate what happens if a country applies these concepts or not and ends up in a stagnant economic state. For example, he mentions that “Abbé Galiani [demonstrated] in France that agriculture alone is insufficient and incapable of sustaining a country” and that a country requires more sophisticated processes to advance. One can also find several instances in the book where the author uses mathematics to demonstrate his logic. An example of this “It can be estimated, of the five million five hundred thousand women and girls, one and a half million of those who have not yet reached the age of seven and of the old and sick women who are disabled from work or will not be able to other causes to dedicate themselves to him”.
